Let’s talk pricing since most people avoid it. These numbers are here for transparency so you can get a good idea of what your project will cost before we ever come out.
Many of our prices are based on either squares (sq = 100 square feet of surface area) or linear feet (ln ft = running feet). You can measure your home and use these rates for a pretty accurate ballpark estimate.
Interior pricing often uses square footage of the home, per-room pricing, or simple units like “per linear foot” of trim or “per bathroom.” When we quote your job, we tie everything back to these menu rates so it’s clear where your number comes from.
For more exact numbers, we can also generate satellite-based reports that calculate your measurements and apply our menu pricing to your home.
These prices cover roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, insulation, exterior paint, service calls, and satellite reports. All designed so you can budget exterior work without guessing.
Roofing is priced by the square. One square is 100 square feet of surface area. For example, 3,000 sq ft of roof surface is 30 squares.
$300 per sq
$450 per sq
Siding is also priced by the square. One square is 100 sq ft of wall surface area. A quick rough estimate is: square footage of your home ÷ 100 × 1.5 (for homes without brick).
$850 per sq
$750 per sq
$600 per sq
Fascia and soffit are measured by the linear foot (ln ft). A rough estimate is: square footage of your home ÷ 100 × 20.

$6 per ln ft
$1 per ln ft

Paint pricing is based on siding squares. One square is 100 sq ft of wall surface, and a rough estimate is home square footage ÷ 100 × 1.5 (for non-brick homes).
$200 per sq
$275 per sq
Insulation pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the R-value you want to reach.
$1.25 per sq ft of home
$2 per sq ft of home
$3.50 per sq ft of home

These prices cover interior painting, drywall and texture work, popcorn and wallpaper removal, trim carpentry, flooring, tile, and practical bathroom and kitchen updates without a full gut remodel. Each section below lines up with one of our interior services.
Interior painting is typically based on the square footage of your home and what’s being painted— walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. These rates help you ballpark whole-home repaints and smaller rooms.
From $2.25 per sq ft of home
From $450 per average bedroom
Custom priced by project
These prices cover common repairs and prep work that get walls and ceilings ready for paint. Heavier damage or complex layouts may require an on-site look, but most work still follows these ranges.
Trim and finish carpentry pricing is based mostly on linear footage and the number of openings. These ranges line up with common projects from our carpentry & trim service.
Flooring pricing is based on the square footage of the areas being updated. Subfloor condition, layout, and demolition can affect the final number, but these rates cover most projects.
Tile work is priced by the square foot of floor or wall area. Patterns, inlays, and specialty tiles can change the final cost, but we still start from clear, menu-style pricing.
Bathroom pricing is designed for cosmetic updates—new finishes, fixtures, and surfaces— not full layout changes or moving plumbing walls.
From $1,850 per bathroom
From $2,800 per standard tub/shower (labor)
These pricing ranges line up with our kitchen updates service page—practical improvements that can be done without a full kitchen remodel.
